I am posting my thoughts today. I have been on a rocky road lately in the final days of the publishing of this gloriously illustrated book by Simon Mendez with text written by myself. I am a teacher. I teach without even being aware of it. With Simon’s illustrations, this is the most beautiful learning opportunity for young children. Butterflies are magic. But they won’t always be in our children’s world. Monarch are disappearing rapidly with climate change, urbanization, and difficulty finding their host plants, milkweed. I want my book out there! It has a message. Please pray with me that the reviewers and printers will get this job done soon. It has had one roadblock after another. I am ready to launch First Comes a Butterfly! Sherry
